Advantages: A cozy, compact hotel located a stone's throw from Bauman Street is even better than on the central T. Bauman's Place is always noisy until the early hours of the morning. The location is 5 points.The staff is attentive, helpful, and always ready to help with any question.Everything is close and the sights and cafes and metro.The room is clean, cleaned daily, tea is brought, sugar is served on the tea table.
The breakfast is European.I can recommend this hotel, it justifies its stars. Disadvantages: Breakfast needs to be improved:
it's good to have porridge, but it's cooked terribly - it's a "thick mortar for laying bricks"

Additional seats were provided immediately, pastel was on everyone.
Breakfast. They were modest (buffet), but we didn't stay hungry.

A cozy, homely hotel. Good quality, with Breakfast included, Parking if possible in the courtyard and always with places 300 meters away (free of charge). We have lived there many times and we can recommend it. No frills, but the price, location and friendliness of the staff cover all the little things.

Excellent location of the hotel, 10 minutes to the Kremlin, 2 minutes to Bauman St. Wonderful staff, all very smiling and friendly girls. The room, at our request, was on the 2nd floor with windows to the courtyard. The hotel is quiet, maybe we're lucky with the neighbors, but it's quiet and peaceful at night. The room is warm, cleaned every day, bed linen and towels were changed after 3 days. The breakfasts were very decent, there was enough before lunch. Breakfast is a continental buffet. There's a lot of everything, you can heat it up in the microwave if necessary. Coffee machine. You can leave your things before departure and walk light. Kazan is very beautiful, 5 days was not enough. I recommend the hotel to everyone, and they told their friends that if they were going to Kazan, they would only go to ARON. The room is not big, but there is everything you need. Towels, slippers, dental kit, gel, shampoo, toilet paper, drinking water, tea, kettle, mugs.

the place is better than it looks in the photo. we took a deluxe four-bed for four, 2 rooms, 2nd floor, around the corner of Bauman St., everything you need is within walking distance. the staff is polite, they told me everything, showed me, I recommend it!

We stayed for 1 night in September 2026. I liked absolutely everything. Excellent location in the very center, close to everything: the Kremlin, the entire Bauman Street, and the embankment. Excellent price/quality ratio. The hotel is small, with only 17 rooms. There is a private parking lot, which is very important when traveling by car and stopping in the center, where parking spaces are a problem. Nice rooms with comfortable beds. Quite sufficient breakfasts: not elegant, there is not such a variety of dishes as in a large hotel with a large buffet, but quite enough for breakfast, there is a choice, there are no crowds, which is very pleasing. And the most important thing is that the staff is very friendly and helpful in literally everything. You will always be in touch with them from the moment of booking: they will call, ask about arrival, problems, offer excursions, etc. I really liked Angela at the reception. She is very welcoming, it is clear that she loves her job and wants the hotel guests to be satisfied and feel at home. Even the hostess of the hotel is constantly on the spot and helps with advice. In general, if we visit Kazan again, we will definitely only go to this hotel!

I really liked the hotel. In the very center, the Kremlin is nearby. We lived on the 3rd floor, a clean room, spacious. The breakfast is an excellent choice.

We had a rest from September 14th to 17th.
Friendly staff, very clean and spacious room (room 25), they asked for windows to the courtyard - they took into account the wish, thank you:) Very good, delicious and healthy breakfasts; they are not super diverse, but we left well-fed and satisfied every time :) Ideal location relative to the pedestrian area of Bauman and attractions. What you need to consider is that one of the pillows was like a stone, it was physically impossible to sleep on it! The next day, they asked for a replacement, and they replaced it. Check the pillows immediately upon arrival, and it's better to buy normal ones for the management. And there are no toothbrushes with toothpaste in the bathroom, also consider this point. These are small things, I did not lower my rating for this. One of the real disadvantages was that the neighbors were very audible; the TV was working late at night, it was unclear where, it interfered with sleep. And at 6 a.m., some women were laughing very loudly, thank you, I didn't plan on waking up at 6 a.m. on vacation to the laughter of the neighbors. And at the time of check-in, they were very insistent on us for excursions; after moving in, we wanted to wash and lie down, and the girls kept telling us about excursions, sales by sales, but when they say "thank you, can we go to the room, we'll need a tour, we'll come", well, let people go, and. For I wanted to lower the rating, but I didn't, because the overall impression is very good.

I visited Kazan on September 17-20, guided tours every day. It is very beautiful, and many things are unusual for a resident of Moscow. We visited the Kremlin, Sviyazhsk, Bauman St. repeatedly, the impressions are good. I had a lot of snacks, I tried ashpochmak, everything is great. The hotel has everything, the breakfasts are all inclusive, the staff is very friendly. Today in Moscow, the car is parked 500 meters from the hotel.
