1. The hotel is designed for temporary accommodation of guests. The hotel reserves the right to prematurely terminate the guest's stay and evict him in case of finding it in a state of alcoholic, narcotic or other intoxication or in case of other violations of hotel rules and/or public order, without refund. 17. The hotel is not responsible for the operation of urban communications (emergency shutdown of electricity, water, heat, etc.). 18. In the absence of guest accommodation nights (according to checkout time) without notice to the property the administration has the right to create/to make an inventory of the property of the absent guest and move it to storage, laying subsequently on the guest's storage charges according to the price list approved by the administration. The administration takes all possible measures to search for the guest and the return of the forgotten things (at the expense of the guest). 19.
